Timeless Classic Flap by Coco Chanel Part 2

As you yearn for your dream bag by a certain age, you probably should research and gather the facts about it before owning one. There are a few categories you should consider. Here's some help in time of need for you! ;)

SIZE OF THE BAG
THE timeless classic flap comes in four sizes. The small, medium/large, jumbo and maxi. Currently, there's only double flap as the single flap has been discontinued for years now. The double flap can be heavier depending on the size that you chose or the type of leather that you chose.

For a fun easy going bag the small size is a favourite as it's cuteness is overwhelming and it stores minimal essentials only.

For a person that keeps the full range of essentials like a lip gloss, car keys, a small thin wallet and a tissue paper, go for a medium/large flap. I must say this is a steal for many woman across the globe. This is the fastest selling size in any other countries as well. It can be used for a special occasions or wedding dinners and fine dining due it's comfortable size. Most petite women loves this size as it doesn't looks too overwhelming and as such there is the total opposite preference. It's really up to your style.

My personal favourite is the jumbo size. I find this size just suitable for my needs. I am the type of person that prefers some room in my bag and not squeeze my stuff till its flooded. I prefer to feel my stuff when I dig in to find my wallet or a lipstick.
I must admit I'm quite petite I'm only 1.63m.  This is a little overwhelming in pictures but however I managed to rock it and adjust it accordingly. This size is quite huge for a dinner bag as well but you could make it a shorter string to carry it as a big fashionable clutch.

Meanwhile the largest size ever is the maxi. The maxi is really large. I will not suggest this size unless you are a mummy in need to carry out milk bottles for your baby or if you have more things to carry in such as an Ipad.
Otherwise the jumbo is an between size of a medium/large and the maxi.

THE HARDWARE
The most popular hardware is the remarkable gold and silver hardware. The basis of choosing this is which do you like the best, what type of jewelries do you wear the most? Is it yellow gold or mostly platinum or silver? If you are a silver person and it's definitely your style, go for silver hardware. Gold hardware is more classic and luxury looking while the silver hardware is more modern and stylish.

THE TYPE OF LEATHER
*Grin* This is the toughest decision to make ever!!! When I was thinking to purchase mine, I was going back and forth in the leather. I am so clueless and fickle about it. Right up till now, am still thinking if I made the right or wrong choice on the leather! If you are reading through, please please convince me if I am meant for the lambskin. Oops my bad! Let me introduce you on the two types;
The lambskin is way luxurious and seriously it's fragile. Like seriously. Even the zipper can dent the inner flap of the bag. Let alone I haven't use or carry mine yet it's a little scratch and dent around certain
quilts. Oh noo!!!! #heartache #heartattack #milliondollarbag
The looks of the lambskin is nonetheless astonishing and flawless. If you stroke it, there's a soft buttery smooth feel to your fingers. That's when you realised it's a puppy love which you love to keep but yet it is less sustainable as compared to the caviar.

The caviar is sturdy, pebbled stone surface but it's long lasting and you don't have to baby it as much as the lambskin. Mind you, doesn't give you the permission to toss around your bag though. It's still an expensive bag and it will definitely wear and tear someday, just a longer time for that.

Last but not least, do enjoy your bag in the pink of health!!! It doesn't matter whatever size, hardware or leather you pick so long as you are in love with it and it will always be your timeless classic flap that you could own for years before passing it down to your children! ;)
